This is a good place to work from. Quiet and the park owners/mangers do an awesome job.. No issues with extending when the job goes longer than planned.. Bathrooms are clean, and well maintained.. Will stay here anytime I am working in Charleston
Very nice campgrounds
I was in town to see my children and grandchildren while catching the eclipse. Our children live 30 miles away and my wife and I stay at a campsite closer to their homes however, we all took a vote and decided Lake Aire would be our new designation due to the comforts the adults have and the fun the grandchildren have. If you can't be happy here, then you want be happy anywhere.
Had reservations, but someone else was in the full hook-up and they parked me with a power pole. Because of the inconveniences, they said that night would be free. When I was looking at my card statement, they had added the one night charge back on. I am disputing these charges and plan to only pay cash from now on. It seems that once the CG has your card info, they can bill you from now on. Be diligent and check your statements if you choose to use plastic.
The place is beautiful and we'll maintained. Nice pool and play area. Very cool ponds for catch and release fishing. We have been here twice and will come back again. My only issue, if you are a tent camper you have to deal with the noise of a train every couple of hours. It is not next to the camp grounds but it is close enough to wake you if your a light sleeper

As a long time tent camper, I found Lake Aire a breath of fresh air. As soon as I drove in I noticed security cameras up. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your visit is pleasant while the sites were clean and very shady. From our first night there I was amazed at how little of a mosquito present there was even with the lake. Owners informed me they go out of their way to place mosquito traps out.
Many up.dates, grounds well kept, and wash rooms clean.
WE will return again.
